For more than five years, WiscNet tried to spruce up their cramped 4,200 square foot space, but efforts ultimately became counter-productive. Vogel Bros. Building Co. had 11 weeks to complete a 10,000 square foot interior demolition and build-back of a new space. The fresh and contemporary environment juxtaposes neutral finishes with branded pops of color, custom vinyl wall coverings and branded signage, while optimizing views to the outside and exploiting natural daylight. It is a well-balanced heterogeneous assembly of closed meeting spaces, open collaborative areas and private enclaves strategically placed to encourage structured and spontaneous collaboration. Sliding glass partitions, responsive furniture, writable wall surfaces, walking treadmill workstation, 20’ living wall vertical garden, work café, and outdoor patio offer comfort, convenience and pleasure to WiscNet employees.
