Vogel Bros. Building Co. served as the Design-Builder for the 28,418-square-foot expansion of RG Heating, Cooling & Plumbing’s operations in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The new facility was developed to support the company’s continued growth, providing expanded space for operations, service, storage, and administration.
Designed in collaboration with Angus-Young Associates, the project consisted of a complete ground-up facility and associated site improvements. Scope included new foundations, structural steel framing, pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) systems, roofing, exterior wall systems, doors and windows, interior buildout, and full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Site improvements were completed to meet local, county, and state requirements and included utility extensions, paving, landscaping, erosion control, and stormwater management enhancements.
Delivered under a Design-Build agreement, the project reflects Vogel Bros.’ commitment to collaborative planning, streamlined communication, and schedule-driven execution — resulting in a modern, efficient facility positioned to support RG’s long-term growth.
