Prequalification REQUIREMENTS
To ensure we partner with firms that meet our standards for safety, quality, and financial stability, Vogel Bros. requires subcontractors to complete a prequalification review before contracting with us.
Please complete the questionnaire below and attach the requested documentation. All submitted information will be kept confidential and used solely for subcontractor prequalification purposes.
Failure to provide the requested documentation may delay or prevent approval for bidding or contracting opportunities.
Please have the following documents available to attach:
Most recent year-end financial statement; current Certificate of Insurance; current Safety Program or Safety Handbook; explanation regarding current legal action (if applicable); explanation regarding OSHA violations (if applicable); letter from bank confirming line of credit (if applicable) and/or letter from bonding company confirming capacity (if applicable)
