Newcomer Supply new corporate headquarters is 34,500-square-foot biotech laboratory facility in the Waunakee Business Park, supporting the company’s continued growth and operational expansion. The $16 million project replaced its previously constrained facility and delivers modern laboratory space designed for advanced research, improved workflow, and long-term scalability. The new building significantly increases capacity, allowing the company to expand beyond its former 30-person operation and accommodate future growth of up to 70 employees. The upgraded facility enhances efficiency, provides modern amenities, and strengthens Newcomer Supply’s position within the growing biotech sector. Vogel Bros. Building Co. served as the general contractor, leading construction of the state-of-the-art laboratory facility from preconstruction through completion.
