Education Analytics is a non-profit organization that uses rigorous data to inform education research, management and policy decisions. They work with school districts, states, and foundation partners across the U.S. to identify innovative way to improve our education systems. Headquartered out of Madison since they started in 2012, recent growth in employees and advances in technology left them looking for a new home. Education Analytics choose to renovate 2 floor of a Urban Land Interests managed building. As a new tenant, they gutted the 9th and 10th floors of the historic Art Decco styled Tenney Plaza building. With private offices on the perimeters, the center features an open office with cubical styled workspaces. Features include access to outstanding Capitol and lake views, upgraded finishes, state-of-the-art technology, responsive conference rooms and inviting collaborate spaces. Over all, this space was designed to provide greater comfort for their employees.
