Vogel Bros. Building Co. provided design-build services with Flad & Associates for the construction of a new three story office building for AE. This building was the first market rate office building in Madison to achieve U.S. Green Building Council LEED NC certification. A DNR grant was obtained to study the costs and benefits of implementing a construction waste recycling program, and resulted in over 75% of the construction waste being recycled.
