Vogel Bros. Building Co. served as the general contractor for a 12,667-square-foot tenant improvement project for AVI Systems, Inc., located at 5201 Femrite Drive in Madison, Wisconsin. The project involved the interior buildout of a portion of a newly constructed office/warehouse facility. The completed space includes a mix of office, collaboration, conference, training, warehouse, and fabrication areas designed to support AVI’s operations. Construction incorporated new interior partitions, specialty millwork, acoustical ceilings, polished concrete flooring, tile and carpet finishes, glass storefront elements, and code-compliant life safety upgrades. The project was delivered in accordance with current building, fire, energy, and accessibility codes, including IBC and IFC requirements. Vogel Bros. coordinated closely with the owner, architect (Perkins&Will), and trade partners to complete a high-quality, functional workspace tailored to AVI Systems’ operational needs.
