Looking to expand their locations to better server their customers, Willy Street Co-Op converted a former Pierce’s Market into Willy North, a full-service grocery cooperative specializing in natural, organic and locally produced foods. This 20,000 square foot space is double what it’s Eastside and Westside locations offer. Most of the renovations were performed to the facade of the store since the vacating tenant was also a grocer, but renovations included a full service deli, juice and coffee bar, bakery and butcher department.
