Vogel Bros. Building Co. built a building at two different locations for TASC. The first location was a new office building with a structural steel frame and wood exterior that featured 11,700 square feet of leasable tenant space. The second building was a two-story office building with steel frame structure, wood cladding and composite metal panel insets. This building features an aluminum curtain wall, EPDM roof system, hydraulic elevator and shelled office areas. Scope of work included the build-out of 4,400 square feet for the IT department.
