The Octopi Warehouse and Manufacturing facility was the last of four projects Vogel Bros. Building Co. completed for Octopi Brewing over the two and a half year period. This facility allows Octopi Brewing to increase production capacity from 200,000 barrels to over 1,000,000 barrels annually. That would rank them as the 3rd largest production facility in Wisconsin. The 200,000 square foot facility has clear ceiling heights ranging from 32’ to 45’ high with a specialized ESFR fire protection system. That system allows flexibility for storage and manufacturing functions throughout the space. It also includes 25,000 square feet of specialized freezer and cooler space. The facility also includes fourteen loading docks and approximately 8,000 square feet of office space. Vogel Bros. Building Co. worked with the client to build in flexibility for expansion of an additional 150,000 square in two different directions.
