The Middleton Hills Retail Center Condominiums project consisted of two separate buildings with retail space on both first floors. One of the buildings is a structural steel frame with metal and concrete decks, while the other is wood frame construction. Building exteriors feature decorative masonry and cementitious stucco system with decorative canopies and balconies. The residential units feature bamboo wood floors and decorative stained concrete with solid surface countertops and fireplaces.
