Vogel Bros. Building Co. served as the general contractor for the Level 2 renovation of the KKG Sorority House located at 601 N. Henry Street in Madison, Wisconsin. The project included comprehensive upgrades to two identical bathrooms on the second and third floors, as well as renovations to the main kitchen bathroom improvements involved replacing fixtures, converting existing tubs to multiple new showers, enhancing layouts for improved functionality, and adding accessible features including ADA-compliant showers and sinks. The kitchen renovation included replacement of cabinetry, countertops, and flooring, delivering a refreshed and modernized space while maintaining the existing footprint. The result is a thoughtfully updated residential environment that enhances durability, accessibility, and daily usability for sorority members while preserving the character of the historic home.
