Vogel Bros. served as the General Contractor for critical infrastructure improvements at the Haines City Wastewater Treatment Plant, enhancing the reliability and capacity of the reclaimed water system.
The project included construction of a new reclaimed water ground storage tank, a transfer pumping station, and a high service pumping station to support distribution demands and improve operational efficiency. These upgrades were designed to strengthen system performance, increase pumping capacity, and ensure consistent delivery of reclaimed water throughout the service area.
In addition to the on-site improvements, the project included construction of a new off-site package booster pumping station located adjacent to Southern Dunes Golf Club. This component further expanded the reclaimed water distribution network, supporting irrigation demands and long-term system growth.
Through detailed coordination, complex utility integration, and precise construction sequencing within an active treatment plant environment, Vogel Bros. successfully delivered essential infrastructure improvements that enhance system resilience and support sustainable water management for the community.
