The Fitchburg Technology Campus project involved site development and construction of a four-story building known as Kinsale Place that includes 32 apartments, retail and commercial space, and one level of underground parking. The garage level is constructed of cast in place concrete with precast plank, the first floor is steel frame, while the second and third levels are wood frame construction. Exterior finishes include a combination of brick and cementitious stucco system. The main level has a concrete walkway running the length of the building and is highlighted by a wooden trellis.
