Building Co. was selected as their Design-Build contractor for the 75,000 sq ft addition to their Wisconsin distribution center. Vogel Bros. Building Co. provided a “No Bull” guarantee to have the distribution center addition complete and operational by July 2016, as their Christmas shipments would be arriving shortly thereafter, and the space had to be ready for inventory. Vogel Bros. Building Co. worked creatively with our designers, subcontractors and suppliers to complete the project on this very aggressive schedule and came in under budget.
