Vogel Bros. Building Co. provided construction management services for the completed 19,000-square-foot renovation of North Ridge Church’s church, office, and gathering space facility in the Waunakee Business Park in Waunakee, Wisconsin. The project transformed the existing building into a welcoming and functional environment that supports worship services, administrative operations, and community gatherings.
Working in collaboration with OPN Architects, Vogel Bros. coordinated all phases of construction, including oversight of design-build Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEPF) systems. The completed project reflects Vogel Bros.’ expertise in delivering high-quality faith-based and community-focused spaces that align with the client’s vision, schedule, and budget.
