The Monona Grove School District Office was in need of interior renovations to all three floors of their registered historic building in which they operate. This project was a phased occupied construction project, in that the building remained occupied through the construction. This building is also attached to the Monona alternative school, which was in session, so safety was a priority. Vogel Bros. Building Co. demoed the back of the building, building new back offices, boardrooms, a conference room, and bathrooms. New windows were installed, insulation was added to aid in energy efficiency and decrease the R value of the envelope, and an ADA ramp and railing was added to bring the facility up to code.
