Project Description

Hickory Hill Academy leaders recognized that their programs were growing quickly and would soon need more space, especially for their older students. Hickory Hill partnered with Vogel Bros. Building Co. to construct their new 50,000 square foot building that serves students in kindergarten through eighth grade. The building features a full-size gymnasium, science lab, STEM room, library, music room, and indoor garden conservatory. Each space is purposefully crafted to provide opportunities for students to engage in an experimental and innovative approach. The building is designed with large windows, vibrate color schemes, and intricate custom finishes. The Vogel Bros. Building Co. project team was able to successfully complete this project just in time for the kickoff of the school year.

Our school is different, and we knew Vogel Bros. Building Co. understood how to build a school that reflects that difference. Their outside-the-box approach to learning was evident from the start. It was a big ask, but I could see they were inspired by the challenge—you could see it in their eyes—they were all in.
